DirShare is a file sharing system that enables Users to share access to files stored on their devices with specific individuals. The Service facilitates connections between devices through our Router infrastructure without permanently storing User files on DirShare servers.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities conducted through your DirShare Server
- Ensuring you have the right to share any files you make available through the Service
- Maintaining appropriate security measures on your device
- Managing access permissions to shared files
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding the files you share
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use DirShare to:
- Share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
- Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm computer systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other DirShare users' systems

- We do not permanently store files shared through the Service on our servers
- Files are temporarily processed by our Router infrastructure during transmission
- Connection data is only stored temporarily to facilitate connections
